This session will build your confidence as a commissioner to have, and support others to have, honest conversations. 

Aim

• To build confidence to have and support others to have honest conversations.
• By the end of the session, you'll have:
• Shared top tips for how to hold honest conversations
• Considered what and what not to say
• Used example scenarios to practice

Outcomes

• Apply top tips to honest conversations
• Model best practice for honest conversations
• Support other volunteers to hold honest conversations

Where?

This course will be hosted on Zoom, don't worry if you have not used this before, we have some resources to help you. Although we are not expecting any children, do think about your surroundings, what you are wearing or saying, as other people in other houses might be able to hear or see you.
