Overview:

Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure with Girlguiding Anglia as we travel to India in Summer 2027! This international experience will be rich in culture, community, colour, and unforgettable moments. Whether you're exploring bustling cities, connecting with local communities, or discovering the traditions and heritage of one of the world’s most vibrant countries – this is a trip you’ll never forget.

What to Expect:

  • Lunch at Sheroes Hangout Café, an organisation run by women to support those who are the victims of domestic violence
  • Visit local markets and see how the locals live
  • Discover the vibrant contrast of Old and New Delhi
  • Meaningful connections with fellow Guides and host communities
  • Supported travel with experienced Girlguiding leaders
  • Experience a guided tour of the Taj Mahal
  • Stay at Sangam, one of the WAGGGS World Centres
