Peer Education weekend March 2027

Friday 19 March, arrival from 6pm - Sunday 21 March, finishing at 1pm  

Training is open to young women aged between 14 and 25 who want to build their confidence and communication skills, as well as keeping safe, understanding consent, keeping promises and boundaries.  

Location: Skreens Park Activity Centre, Skreens Park Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 4NN

Peer Education Topic: Breaking Free

Price: £5  

Tickets: If you book a full training weekend ticket, Sunday’s topic training is included. If you are already a Peer Educator and would like to add more topics that you can deliver, please choose the topic-only ticket.

Travel expenses can be claimed back via your county Peer education coordinator  

*Catering begins with breakfast on Saturday 20 March.

Please provide the details of someone within guiding who we can contact as a reference. This could be your unit leader, another leader, or your commissioner.

Sleeping arrangements: You'll be sleeping in bunk bed accommodation with the other attendees, under / over 18s will be in separate halls. Please bring sleeping bags and pillows as these are not provided.
