Peak District - social / log book walking

Join us for a memorable walking weekend in the beautiful Peak District! Enjoy walks with like-minded members and build your log book experience. Explore moorland, hills and the iconic gritstone edges, with supported routes suitable for different abilities.

You'll stay in a cosy bunkhouse and enjoy plenty of nutritious, hearty food throughout the weekend.

Accommodation:

Whitely Woods Outdoor Activity Centre (bunkhouse). Smaller bedrooms are available upon request to those with particular requirements. Parking is available onsite.

Price:

• £65 for all social / log book walkers 

Participants:

• All are welcome from any Region or County in UK Girlguiding, must be 18+

Includes:

• Fullboard catering: Allergies and dietary requirements will be catered for
• Inclusive social atmosphere
• Spaces: 18

Participants are required to arrange their own travel.

Booking information:

To book, please select the date on the calendar to the right and select the correct ticket type. Complete the required details and secure your place by paying a £25 deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. 

Your final balance must be paid by Wednesday 30 September 2026.
