Whether you are a commissioner with all your local appointments filled or whether you are job-sharing the Commissioner roles with others in your District or Division and finding it hard to find volunteers, we can all improve how we work as a team.  Join this session to explore leadership styles, communication skills and team-working to help you to be more effective in your role going forwards.

Where?

This course will be hosted on Zoom, don't worry if you have not used this before, we have some resources to help you. Although we are not expecting any children, do think about your surroundings, what you are wearing or saying, as other people in other houses might be able to hear or see you.
